Profile:
I grew up in a family of professional swimmers. Infact, it was my brother who taught me how to swim back in Iran. I was a fast learner and joined the swimming team of Teheran. At the age of 12, I participated in my first national swimming championship and I have been unstoppable ever since in sharing my joy for water with others. I was head coach at several local teams and even trained the military commandos. Currently, I teach children and I am part of the water polo team in Amsterdam.
Coaching Style:
In teaching, I believe patience is key and I find it a rewarding and humbling experience, being with people and helping them to overcome any fear of water they may have. I hope to make my enthusiasm for water contagious with you!
Specialties:
I have a process-driven approach for teaching all strokes. Moreover, I am able to help guide stroke improvers through the diploma process with care.

Water introduction
If you cannot swim at all and are fearful and/or challenged in water generally.
You took classes before and failed or it has been a very long time ago.
Intermediate
You can swim comfortable in shallow water, however deep water gives you discomfort.
This level requires for you know all the 4 basic strokes and you have had swim lessons before.
Advanced
If you have no issues in deep water and able to swim more than 200m without getting exhausted.
You want to become fitter and stronger and swimming is your weekly workout.
