Profile
I grew up in Milan where I had different careers but I had always played waterpolo since childhood. That prompted me to switch and move to the pool permanently, first as a lifeguard but soon after as a full time swim trainer and also personal trainer for those who like to tone and strengthen their muscles. Swimmers of any age, including newborns, can come to me for training. I know how to make them swim like a fish!
When I am not in the pool, I also work in an Italian restaurant and spend time with my family and Ghanaian wife.

Coaching Style
My style can be classed as orthodox when it comes to technique and my focus is on increasing breathing capacity, rather than speed or endurance as good breathing is key for all areas of swimming. If you can breathe well, you can float, relax, and enjoy what you are doing. For beginners, I work to develop a strong fundamental understanding of the water. Simply telling people how to move an arm or leg will not make you a swimmer!

Specialities
I can coach many people at the same time and still make them feel individually supported. No matter what their ability is, from beginner to sports level, all my students go home super satisfied and keen to swim again.
