Profile

I grew up in Fars province, Iran and built my life around sports; mainly canoe polo, swimming and handbalI. I started my swimming journey participating in competition when I was 8 years-old and have competed in three national championships. I continued as an athlete for many years, eventually becoming a swimming coach and pool manager. I have always enjoyed being in the water and feel more peace there than anywhere else. Swimming teaches you to let go and rise to the challenges of life.  Simultaneously, I became a certified coach and obtained several university certificates in teaching and coaching. During my student years, I trained several university teams in Iran. After gaining my bachelor’s degree, I continued studying the science of human movement and neurology in Amsterdam. I continuosly update my lifeguard skills as well as first aid knowledge and CPR here in the Netherlands.

 

Coaching Style

I believe that every adult should be able to enjoy the water and I will work diligently for this goal. I am committed to coaching adults until they are safe and strong enough to jump in open water. My aim is for them to grow confidence, improve aquatic abilities and basic water skills, by explaining the mechanics of the human body and the physics of water.  I keep my classes structured with logical steps so learners stay engaged and physically challenged.

 

Specialities

I am successful teaching people of different ages. I believe it is never too late to learn this lifesaving skill. Swimming is a low -impact activity so if you are willing to learn and commit to weekly lessons, I will make sure you succeed!

Our adult swim classes

Your Personal Swim Coach will help you become a more confident you, a stronger, fitter and healthier you, a happier, care-free you and ensure your success in learning to enjoy and feel safe in and around water!

Beginners

If you cannot swim at all and are fearful and/or challenged in water generally.

You took classes before and   failed or it has been a  very long time ago. 

Stroke Improvers

If you can float and swim but are afraid of deep water.

You can swim but are complete exhausted after swimming a short distance. 

Advanced

If you have no issues in  deep water and able to swim more than  200m without getting exhausted.

You want to become fitter and stronger and swimming is your weekly workout.
