About Nathalie

“If I can, you can too.”

I grew up in Brussel (Belgium). My father taught me to swim during a holiday, in one afternoon. I was 7 years old.  On the same day, I made my first-holiday competition, finishing the lap in the breaststroke was my victory even if I was the last one finishing this competition.  After that, I continue competing in freestyle interschool during my college.

A few years ago, I started my own practice as a well-being coach to guide women to be the best version of themselves, to let them see, and feel how to be happy in their life. Then came corona and the cards change! How do I come happy in this context? Well, teaching to people who dare, teaching my first love, swim. That was my conclusion after long research and questioning too.

Coaching Style

I believe that every adult should be able to enjoy the water and I will work diligently for this goal. I am committed to coaching adults until they are safe and strong enough to jump in open water. My aim is for them to grow confidence, improve aquatic abilities and basic water skills, by explaining the mechanics of the human body and the physics of water.  I keep my classes structured with logical steps so learners stay engaged and physically challenged.
