About Nadia

As a child I have been trying vary kind of sports, types of movements – running, swimming, acrobatic, aerobic etc. I grow up in small city in Poland. I went to study in Wroclaw, where I started to be more focus specially on acrobatic. I was working with children as a coach for over 3 years. I finished studies at Academy of Physical Education with Master degree. Thanks to that I have certificate as a acrobatic and swimming coach, also I am educated in working with people with intellectual disabilities and people suffering from chronic somatic, psychosomatic and mental illness.

Fun fact is that I had obligatory swimming classes as a child, but I haven’t continued this adventure. Fortunately, my university in Poland  was really focused on swimming classes. Every year I had opportunity to improve my skills and get more knowledge (thanks to best coaches).  Now, I can’t imagine my life without swimming.

Coaching Style

I believe that sport is the basic for the good development of a every person. For me the most important thing is that teacher is like a partner who encourage students to an active lifestyle. I am convinced that sport is for everyone, regardless of disability or another adversity.

I believe that everyone needs to care about “inner child”. Focus on technic and correct movement is really important, but essential is having fun, feeling happy during classes or any activity.

The most important thing is that we need to like what we are doing – then we can be successful. That is why sometimes I like doing plays, use fun tools or arrange small competitions.

If you are not afraid about water imagine how many opportunities you have:  catching waves, surfing, paddling, wakeboarding, kitesurfing, snorkeling, exploring sea, ocean, lake just having fun with your friends during holiday…

Specialities

I like working with children, beginners, people with special needs. For me first steps are the most important. If we want to  go forward, we need to built good basics.
