About Daphne

I grew up by the sea and always loved diving into the waves and being in the water. It wasn’t
until the age of thirty when I seriously got into swimming, after doing a freestyle course for
fun. I love the weightlessness of being in the water and how you need both strength and
calm to move forward. Gradually I joined a swim team and, inspired by my own coaches, I
took the oppurtunity to study to become an instructor in 2021. It’s really amazing to help
people with their swimming process.

Besides that, I’m a freelance illustrator and I do production & amp; research work.

Coaching Style

I just started the learning process to become a coach so I do not have strategies or approaches yet. I would love to share my love and passion towards swimming with others, because swimming is healing for your mind and for you body.
