Fear of water, whether due to a traumatic experience or aquaphobia, is a common barrier. It can make even the idea of stepping into a pool overwhelming.
Our entire team is equipped and trained to ensure each class is completely safe, we do annual coach days were everyone’s knowledge on water safety is refreshed. In addition, our coaches undergo evaluation to ensure that our swimmers receive the best care.
To continue, we believe that water safety is crucial and therefore have constructed different levels where you will gradually learn all the strokes and how to keep not just yourself safe in the water but others too!
Lastly, our trained coaches specialize in helping individuals overcome these fears. Through a slow, steady, and empathetic approach, we ensure you feel safe and supported at every step. Progress happens at your pace, with no pressure to move faster than you’re ready. Your comfort is our priority, and we’ll be with you every stroke of the way.

For those who’ve never had regular access to swimming pools or natural bodies of water, learning can seem like an uphill battle. Without foundational knowledge of swimming techniques, it’s easy to feel lost before you even begin.
At YPSC, we cater to complete beginners, introducing them gently to the water and focusing on the basics. It’s never too late to start learning, and our structured lessons ensure that every new swimmer develops the skills they need to succeed.
