and was primarily self-taught. By 2017, I had earned all three swimming diplomas within 3
months. Over time, I developed an appreciation for water safety, realising everyone
deserves a chance to learn swimming, a skill I’m passionate about sharing with others.
Coaching Style:
My Coaching style builds on confidence establishing an encouraging and safe environment,
positive and correct for learning. My strategy involves breaking down the learning process
into manageable and achievable steps, ensuring swimmers are confident in their abilities. I
believe learning such skills as swimming should be learning and engaging, celebrating each
step of the way, making each lesson enjoyable and rewarding.

C Swimming Diploma: The highest Diploma recognised for advanced swimming
expertise. All under the Stichting Envoz, STA International and Vita Salus Otium.
Held in the Overbosch Zwembad in Den Haag.

Three Nationale Zwemdiploma in Survival Swimming 1,2 and 3: Marking my training and
skill in water safety and rescue. All under DSZ Zwemmen in de Waterthor Zwembad

– Survival Swimming 3 achieved: 2nd February 2019
Two Nationale Zwemdiploma in Snorkelen 1 and 2: Certified in basic and advanced
snorkelling skills. Both under DSZ Zwemmen in de Waterthor Zwembad.

Water introduction
Are you unable to swim or are you afraid of water? Have you taken lessons before and failed? Or it has been a long time ago? Then join us at ground zero in water introduction!
Stroke introduction
If you comfortable in water but are not able to swim the 4 basic strokes, this level is for you. Requirements include: passing introduction level, or swim back-crawl, and backstroke (froggy leg).
Intermediate
To join this level you need to be able to swim comfrotably in shallow water, however it is okay if deep water gives you discomfort.
This level requires for you know all the 4 basic strokes.
Advanced
If you have no issues in the deep water and you are able to swim more than 100m without getting exhausted this level is for you!
You want to become fitter and stronger with swimming as your weekly workout!
