Profile:

As early as age 6, my parents enrolled me in swimming classes. Then I went to a sports school where I trained swimming professionally until the age of 18. I had the opportunity to compete in competitions and won many medals at competitions of various ranks. The sport taught me many things. I made long-lasting friendships, it taught me responsibility, self-discipline, perseverance in pursuing my own goals. It made me find a great passion in life, which today I try to pass on to others. Due to the fact that I am the oldest of my 4 siblings, I became their first trainer in the water. After many years, I have the joy of passing on my knowledge professionally as a swimming instructor.

The ability to swim is a skill that no one can take away from you! It is our lifebelt, which will come in handy when we least expect it.

I am also a student and math tutor.

Coaching Style:

I try to work with each person on an individual level. I try to impart knowledge from my own sports experience.  I also help my friends learn to swim. The most important thing is to feel safe and secure in the water. If this is mastered, we will focus on your goals and dreams. We will add some techniques and exercises and voilà!

Swimming Certifications, Achievements, and Recognitions:

  • Swimming Instructor Certificate (September 2021)
  • Water Lifeguard Course (July 2020)
  • 3rd Place at the Academic Championships of Poland in the 4x50m Freestyle Relay
  • 1st Place at the International Swimming Competition in 50m Backstroke

Specialties:

Since the backstroke has always been closest to me, it is especially important for me to learn how to swim on the back. I’ve worked with every type of group, from beginners in the water to advanced swimmers, and I’ve worked very well with each of them. I try to find the wrong habits and introduce the correct ones.

“When life gets you down, you know what you gotta do? Just keep swimming, just keep swimming!”
