Profile:
I’ve always had a love for water, oceans, dams, swimming pools, anything that lets me dive in. To me, water feels like a hug: relaxing, safe, and freeing all at once. Over the years, I’ve enjoyed teaching friends and family little tricks in the water, which showed me how much fun it is to help others build confidence. Swimming isn’t just a sport to me, it’s a way to relax, stay healthy, and enjoy life. Alongside coaching, I study Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy at Fontys, which keeps me curious and motivated in everything I do.
Coaching style:
I keep my approach fun, light, and supportive. My main goal is to make people feel at ease in the water so they can enjoy the process of learning. Once confidence grows, techniques naturally follow. I like to inspire swimmers to see water as a friend, not something to fear and to celebrate progress, no matter how small.
Certifications and achievements:
EMT Foundations: August 13, 2021 (Grade Achieved: 91.10%) HBO Bachelor Medisch Beeldvormende en Radiotherapeutische Technieken Propedeuse bachelor (Medical Imaging and Radiation Therapy) : August 27, 2025 Informal teaching of swimming basics to friends and family
Specialties:
Beginners and anyone who feels nervous around water. I enjoy helping people get comfortable, build confidence, and have fun while learning swimming skills.
