Our general requirements
- Based in the Netherlands and legally allowed to work here.
- Confident teaching adults with different levels and backgrounds.
- Hugely personable with a strong hosting presence.
- Able to work online with several applications such as a CRM system.
- Understanding of relevant health and safety legislation (first aid/ EHBO).
- Excellent verbal communication skills, particularly in relation to building trust.
- A good understanding of hospitality and a natural host.
- Fluent in English, some Dutch and any additional language would be a plus.
- Able to teach adults to swim effectively.
