From First Splash to Confident Swimmer – A Step-by-Step Journey for Every Level!
Beginners:
Beginners groups are for all newcomers to swimming. It’s ideal for anyone that cannot swim, is fearful or challenged in the water. Depanding on background and experiences in water, beginners start in the Water Introduction group or the Stroke Instruction group.
Stroke improvers:
Stroke Improvers can float and swim but are afraid of deep water. These swimmers may get exhausted rapidly, due to poor technique. Stroke Improvers join an Intermediate group followed by Advanced (A) group, both are in deep water.
Intermediate:
Intermediate is for swimmers who are comfortabel in shallow water however deep water still gives discomfort.
This level requires that swimmers manage four basis strokes and have lessons before.
Advanced swimmers:
Advanced Swimmers have no issues in deep water and are able to swim more than one lane without breaking. These groups works on improving their swimming skills and stamina and follow the program for diploma A, B and C.

Lessons range: 1 of 7
Shallow water
This first lesson is about getting to know the pool, our methods, and assessing your level of comfort and mobility in the water. You will be supported by a personal coach who will be in the water with you at all times to ensure a fun and confidence-building experience.

Water introduction
Lessons range: 2 of 7
Shallow water
This level focuses on building comfort in the water, body position, and floating. After learning the kicking technique (on both front and back), swimmers will finish with their first strokes: back crawl and elementary backstroke (with froggy legs).

Stroke introduction
Lessons range: 3 of 7
Shallow water
Having established the foundations, it's time to continue with the remaining basic stroke techniques: front crawl and front breaststroke (with froggy legs), followed by several survival skills.

Intermediate
Lessons range: 4 of 7
Deep water | Introduction
This level is all about gaining confidence in deep water while further developing the technique of the four basic strokes, now performed over longer distances. Swimmers typically move on to the A group after approximately five lessons.

Advanced A
Lessons range: 5 of 7
Deep water | Diploma A
Swimmers are trained to swim 100 meters breaststroke and backstroke (with froggy legs), 6 meters back crawl and front crawl, as well as 3 meters underwater and diving from the wall. In preparation for the diploma exams (held twice a year), swimmers practice with clothes on (shorts and a shirt).

Advanced B
Lessons range: 6 of 7
Deep water | Diploma B
Swimmers are trained to swim 150 meters without stopping (froggy style) and full lengths of front crawl and back crawl. In addition, rescue swimming is introduced. In preparation for the diploma exams (held twice a year), swimmers practise with clothes on (long sleeves and trousers).

Advanced C
Lessons range: 7 of 7
Deep water | Diploma C
Swimmers work on building strength and stamina in all strokes (250 meters non-stop), learn the butterfly stroke, flip turns, and several new rescue skills. In preparation for the diploma exams (held twice a year), swimmers practise with clothes on, including a rain jacket and boots.
