Profile:
Swimming has always been a central part of my life. I jumped in the pool at the age of 4 and, throughout the years, I competed at quite a high national level in Italy, specializing in middle and long distance freestyle, regularly competing in National finals and international events.
I began working in the pool as soon as I could and, over the years, I have taught and coached swimmers of all ages and levels.
I studied Communications alongside my career in the pool, and I currently work for an exchange-student organization that supports student-athletes who wish to continue their athletic careers while studying abroad.
Coaching style:
Swimming is for everyone, and everyone has their own time. I am passionate about teaching swimming at every level, but what I love most is teaching the basics and being part of this special moment of personal growth. I am a very patient, welcoming and detail-focused teacher, and I am more than sure that there’s room to improve for everyone, at every level!
I got my lifeguard certification in Italy in 2005, became a certified Italian Swimming Instructor in 2009, and an official Italian Swimming Coach in 2013.
Specialties:
I enjoy teaching people how to swim for the first time, but I also enjoy helping students improve their technique, endurance and speed. I genuinely love teaching swimming, so students of every skill level are more than welcome here!
''Patience and determination lead the journey. Stay focused, work hard, respect your time, and success will come! ''
